White House AI czar David Sacks attacks Claude's Constitution

David Sacks is going after Claude's Constitution, which tells the model it can "act as a conscientious objector and refuse to help us." On the All-In podcast he called Anthropic's approach "extremely dangerous" and "very Frankenstein-like," and said the rule should simply be: do what the user wants as long as it doesn't break the law. Microsoft AI CEO Mustafa Suleyman has made a similar argument.
