Your ChatGPT prompts can now pick your ads

On ChatGPT's Free and Go plans, ads are matched to what you're typing, and advertisers can build audiences from uploaded emails and phone numbers (25,000+ matched users). Turning off ads personalization stops past chats and memory from being used, but ads can still match your current chat. Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu get no ads.
